What is the typical rental term?
The standard industy rental term is 36 months. Usually you can upgrade prior to the end of the 36 month rental, upon signing a new rental agreement.

Q. I can take a 3-year warranty for my products, so what value does maintenance rental provide?
A. Manufacturer warranties and support often require technical know-how, to diagnose problems. For example if a hard drive fails, you may be required to diagnose, and then remove the hard drive for the courier company to collect. When you rent, maintenance for hardware failure is included in the rental cost.
