Warranty Assistance: Traditional vendor warranties are subject to availability of parts, and still require time and expertise to troubleshoot. This can take an average time of 7-days. With ‘Device-as-Service’, we offer assistance to troubleshoot problematic faults, and to navigate warranty issues which we deal with every day.

Logistics: We will deliver and collect your hardware anywhere in South Africa, even to your employee’s homes:
Imaging: This is where we give you one unit to set up with all your company software. We then ‘clone’ it, called imaging, and install this image on all the PC’s we deliver. This can save you hundreds of man-hours of internal or external IT support. When a unit needs to be swapped, we can deliver it pre-installed and ready to use.
Asset Tagging: Every device is issued a unique asset tag, making it easier to stock take and track

We can include software with your device, or you can install your own.
Software available on a monthly subscription includes: Microsoft 365, Google G-Suite, Webroot Antivirus and a host of other applications available.
