Computer Training Equipment
We rent equipment for computer training. Whether you need a few laptops for one day, or complete training rooms setup across South Africa for 3 months, we can assist you.
It is not usually feasible for a company to buy all the training equipment and incur the cost, risk and time of moving it around. You can focus on delivering the training and we do all the heavy lifting to ensure you start on time. We have all the equipment, a project team, warehouses, logistics, technical staff and equipment to enable you with hassle-free training in the shortest lead time possible.
Turnkey Training Room Projects
We will deliver and setup your training rooms at any venue in South Africa.
- We can supply computers, notebooks, projectors, consumables and even tables and chairs.
- We will do all the cabling and networking.
- We can set up internet access, including 3G/4G/LTE to fibre, wireless or satellite in remote locations. Many venues have poor connectivity which may be the downfall of your training. We will supply backup internet options to ensure your training goes ahead uninterrupted.
- Everything is fully insured in case of an unfortunate mishap.
- We will have technical support on standby.
- We have spare equipment so you have no downtime.
- When the training is over, we collect it immediately so you do not incur venue costs.
DIY Training Rooms
You may hire the equipment from us to set up your own training rooms. Either collect from our warehouses, or we can deliver it to the venue of your choice.
Case Study - SAP Training
In 2017-2019 our client, a large retailer, required computer training rooms set up across South Africa, and in 10 African countries. Despite having a large IT department, a project of this scale would distract them from their core focus.
They appointed us to roll out 2,500 computers which were used to train staff on SAP. We were responsible for each training room, from A-Z. Training rooms were setup in back-office store rooms, venues and offices countrywide for 6-12 weeks per venue
We provided computers, notebooks, software loading and configuration, networking, setup and support. We also setup all audio-visual equipment (projector, whiteboard, flipchart and consumables). In many venues we also supplied tables and chairs.
We did pre-setup site inspections and network testing. We were responsible for all logistics, and a centralised helpdesk for all technical queries and troubleshooting.
We also set up training rooms in Malawi, Namibia, Zambia, Angola, Madagascar, Mauritius, Swaziland, Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Uganda, Ghana, Nigeria and Democratic Republic of Congo. We handled all the shipping and our established partners in Africa provided technical support to our guidelines.
The project was a phenomenal success and delivered by us within the original budget.
Case Study - Hospitality Software Training
Our client is a hotel group who upgraded their hospitality software and accounting software. All staff at 60 resorts had to be trained over a 3 week period. Computers were set up in hotel boardrooms and banqueting rooms, complete with cabling, networking, software loading and permanent on-site support.
